WhatEVER!

I gained a pound and a half this week, apparently...stupid scale. Although, I did weigh myself this afternoon with my clothes on instead of in the morning, stark nekked (TMI, I know) like I did for my initial "starting" weight.

BUT I'm proud of myself because I met my goal of working out 3 times. I did the 20-20-20 class on Tuesday morning, and Zumba on Thursday and Saturday. My goal is to do those three classes again this week.

I am sure you lost weight if you did your weigh in mid day and clothed. Silly girl! Keep up the great work and see ya a Zumba on Thursday.
