Killer Toning Work-Out

Try this great work-out and I promise you will "feel the burn"!!!

I also made it into a Word document for easy use during exercising. I put mine in a page protector to keep it safe while I am all sweaty and trying to read the next move :) I cant figure out how to attach a doc at this moment. So if you would like it leave a comment and I will email it to you.

Wow! These look seriously hard (when you do all of them in one workout!). How many reps of each did you do?

I did two sets of 12 reps. I have rug burns on my elbows from the plank one! And the Pike, yeah right, I did my best but it sure wasnt a full hand-stand.
