Brad the bear

I lost 2 more pounds. For a Total of 8 pounds lost so far. Just eating a lot better, and working out 3-4 times a week. Good luck and hang in there!!!!!!!!!

You are doing great babe. Just remeber the pounds you have lost already when you dont want to work out. keep up the great work!!
