Hello everyone!! I'm fat and ready! Your going down Grrrr

WELCOME!! WELCOME!!

I am way excited to get started with our new blog!! Please feel free to ad anything to the blog that you would like.

Here is the plan!!

  • Every Monday each of us will make a post updating the group on their personal progress. Let us know what you have lost since your last post. No need to tell us your starting weight, just let us know if you are making progress each week.
  • try to always weigh yourself at the same time of day, this will keep your weigh-ins more consistent
  • post as often as you would like.. if you need encouragement, want to brag about doing well, want to share about a great new find, have a question, etc...
After the first month I will add a section for each of us to update our % of weight lost. This is found by using the following formula:
((Beginning Weight - Current Weight)/Beginning Weight) x 100
Of course some people are looking to maintain and not lose weight (whatever)!
